Corryn Chaimowitz, BS

Corryn graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2017 with a B.S. in Neuroscience & Psychology, where she facilitated research investigating areas of the brain involved in reward-seeking and consummatory behaviors with respect to binge-drinking episodes utilizing pharmacological manipulations of noradrenergic receptors. Corryn is the recruitment coordinator for the Psychedelic Research Training Program, as well as the lab manager for the laboratory of Dr. Tanya Sippy in the Departments of Neuroscience/Physiology and Psychiatry. Corryn also supports the preclinical studies investigating the effects of LSD and BOL-148/2-bromo-LSD on alcohol preference and related neurocircuitry funded by MindMed Inc.
